I became a therapist because I wanted to help people find their best selves. I love people. I love walking with them on their journeys towards authenticity. I love thinking outside the box and collaboration. I am grateful to bear witness to their stories and am honoured to share in the most intimate parts of their lives.
My primary work is with women in their 20s, 30s & 40s who may experience issues in one or more of the following areas:
- Disordered eating (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating disorder)
- Weight & body image
- Relationships
- Sexuality
- Loneliness & isolation
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Shame
- Career direction & work stress
- Goal setting
- Life transition and change
- Adjusting to motherhood
- Feeling worthless or not good enough
- Feeling stuck
- Loss and grief
